Close to everything: This hotel is conveniently located near the historic old town area, the main shopping avenue, and the beach. Cleanliness: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: The hotel offers great facilities, such as a self-serve coffee machine and a lovely patio area. Staff: The staff is friendly, attentive, and provides excellent service.

The hotel is located in a convenient location near the city center and just a short walk away from the beach. Guests can easily explore the top areas in the city such as the tapas restaurant streets and the old part of the city. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing maps and suggestions for places of interest.
Parking can be challenging, which is a common issue for city properties.

My recent stay at Lucero 12 was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with a map and introducing me to the city. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was impressive in size. The outdoor patio was a great place to relax. The hotel is excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the beautifully presented rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street but still close to the main road and only a short walk to the beach and Old Town. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered is delicious and a great way to start the day.
